My name is Alex Stover, and I am an undergraduate student studying Sports Marketing and Management at Indiana University's School of Public Health. I am what I would like to describe as someone who is motivated. If i put my mind to it, then I can accomplish it and successfully navigate obstacles that may arise during the process. One of my biggest motivating factors is innovation. In today's society, innovation is something that leads to the improvement of companies, products, customer experience, and society as a whole... That is what I want to do, make a lasting innovation in my future career field that leaves a great impression on society as a whole and helps better someone else. My future contributions are something I hope establish this precedent I set for myself.
I was originally born in Ohio before moving to the "Great Lakes" state of Michigan where I spent a majority of my pre-adolescence life before moving again to Florida, where I currently reside outside of the School Year here in Bloomington, Indiana. Growing up, I overcame challenges trying to figure out who I am and what I want to do with my life, having to take on a leadership role within my family following my parents seperation. But that challenge only made me who I am today and gave me the leadership qualities I possess. Within my upcoming professional career, I look to utilize those skills I learned along the way to help lead and guide others to success in their own professional lives, to ultimately lead to a better future for many.
